簡易生煎包 (約15隻)

外皮:
中筋麵粉 200克
暖水 120克糖 1/2茶匙
鹽 1/3茶匙
乾酵母 3g

餡料:
免治豬肉 300克(7成瘦,3成肥)
水 60毫升
粟粉 1茶匙

調味料:
姜蓉 5克
蒜蓉 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
豉油 1 湯匙
鹽 1 茶匙
糖 1茶匙
米酒 1湯匙

裝飾:
蔥花 適量
芝麻 適量

Sheng Jian Bao (Pan-fried Pork Buns)(For 15 servings)

Bread:
All-purpose flour 200g
Warm Water 120g
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/3 tsp
Dried Yeast 3g

Filling:
Ground pork 300g (70% lean 30% fat)
Water 60g
Cornstarch 1 tsp

Seasoning:
Ginger Paste 5 g
Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Ground White Pepper 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Cooking Wine 1 tbsp

Others:
Green onion
Toasted Sesame Seeds
